I had an awful experience here recently. I went up to the counter to deposit two very large checks, and the representative there said she wasn't able to scan the check and told me to go deposit the check at the ATM. She seemed very confused and almost as if she was too lazy to figure out what was wrong with the scanner and sent me to deposit a very large check at the ATM, which I did not feel comfortable doing. Few ago I had a very positive experience with a representative named Steve at Chase Bank—he was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. I visited the Chase Bank branch on Midvale with a prior scheduled appointment, and the staff were very welcoming and professional. They handled everything politely and were helpful throughout the process. However, I can’t comment on the walk-in waiting time since I had an appointment. One major issue I faced was with their internet connection.
