After years of banking at this branch and having a business account with over $50K, I came in simply needing help printing an e-check. Never in all my years with Chase have I been treated this way. One clerk tried to help me, but another employee — who was not even busy — stepped in with a rude, disrespectful, and judgmental attitude.
