No notary. Ok. Do you know if a notary is available at the Hillcrest location? “I don’t know. Here’s the number so you can call”. Female with red hair couldn’t call direct. Number given gives you a prompt menu salad and a dead end phone menu with no answer. Driving to that location because nobody will answer. So much for customer service.

Went to cash a refund check written out to me by one of their clients and Chase bank wanted to charge me $10..Why would I give them $10 of my money when the person that wrote check banks with them…No more common courtesy everyone is money hungry and so quick to take money from the working class people.. Chase bank just proved why I don’t personally bank with them!!
Jie was so amazing. Very helpful very patient walked me through everything. I am very satisfied with her and her experience was top tier.
Trace offered invaluable advice at our appointment this morning and helped me secure the best solution. All staff were very friendly, especially toward my infant running around like he owned the place. Grateful for this neighborhood branch.
