After living in this part of the Country, I've learned, since Covid, MANY improvements have been made, Chase Bank being one of them.

You basically walk in through a remote nobody to speak to , there is a table and few chairs. You sit down and wait forMercy.. Later you find out you need appointment to speak to a banker ! , they should be happy that you walk in to them instead of choosing other banks waiting for business . Parking area is small and limited. I had to walk across by the strip mall.
