You basically walk in through a remote nobody to speak to , there is a table and few chairs. You sit down and wait forMercy.. Later you find out you need appointment to speak to a banker ! , they should be happy that you walk in to them instead of choosing other banks waiting for business . Parking area is small and limited. I had to walk across by the strip mall.
The workers are nice but the way they work is horrible. -They do not answer the calls. - They do not care about your time - They do not even try to help you -They do not try to understand you So in this case, Even one star is not worth to rate this bank. just they looking for how they can deny your applying and wasting your time. As a foreigner I applied 4 different times for opening a simple checking account. Even though I had all needy documents. They brought me stupid excuses every single time.
