Excellent customer service experience thanks to MIKE! We came in 10:30am on a Saturday because we were advised by Chase to go to a Chase bank branch to follow up on a credit card application with identity verification. Mike greeted us right when we stepped in. We did not have an appointment and Mike said the 1 banker currently working was fully booked that day. Mike stated although he was not a banker, he would try to help us figure out what needed to be done. We went into his office and he followed the instructions we were ... read more
