Unwelcoming staff
I arrived 10 min late at 9:10 but within the appointment time of 9-9:30 but the banker Vachel pennebaker doesnt turn up till 9:25 and then picks up another client instead of attending me at 9:25 which is within my appointment time. The lady at the bank says they will not take you in if you are 10 minutes late which is not communicated anywhere in the bank website and says could only be rescheduled.
