My daughter and I came into the branch and were warmly greeted by Stephen. We came to open an account and it was towards the end of the day but Stephen remained friendly and enthusiastic about showing us the perks of Chase, and that he did! He was very knowledgeable and though it was late, did not rush us and made certain that my daughter was informed about certain features regarding account safety, security and convience. Mixed... they didn't have a branch close
They pay someone to sit on their phone at the door and say hi. They only put 1 teller out. I just stood in line for 20 minutes even though there was 1 other person in front of me. Glad I only have to use these guys for work. They do not value time or money.
Just dont go. Worthless
