Hopeless staff!! Had an appointment with their relationship manager. I was there on the dot and she shows up 10 mins later from somewhere within. This was to open a business account and she started non stop enquiring about the clientele, projections etc. etc.. All I wanted to know is what are the fees and the different type of accounts.
