They pay someone to sit on their phone at the door and say hi. They only put 1 teller out. I just stood in line for 20 minutes even though there was 1 other person in front of me. Glad I only have to use these guys for work. They do not value time or money.

Hopeless staff!! Had an appointment with their relationship manager. I was there on the dot and she shows up 10 mins later from somewhere within. This was to open a business account and she started non stop enquiring about the clientele, projections etc. etc.. All I wanted to know is what are the fees and the different type of accounts. I had to stop her half way and cut to the chase. She went on to preach about her experience and what account she can 'choose' for me. I didn't want to proceed and called for the manager.
