The hours of the ATM are horrendous! Why is it closed Sunday and only open til 2pm Saturday? And for the rest of the week, do they not understand people work to 5pm so closing at 5pm is idiotic? Are they going to waive the atms fees for non chase atms since I can't access my money when I need it? Horrible.
Hello, I just wanted to take a moment to give a public thank you to Mirabella Ninh. Two times I came in and she solved complex problems with calls and follow up for my checking account. She handled it with a sense of urgency as if it were her own problem. I walked out feeling valued with my problem completely solved. I hope she’s valued at Chase.
