Extremely Disappointed with Service. This branch is completely disorganized and disrespectful of customers' time. I came in for a simple notary service that should have taken 5 minutes. Extremely Frustrating and Unprofessional Experience I visited this branch for a quick notary service that should’ve taken no more than 5 minutes. Instead, I ended up wasting over 3 hours due to constant delays and misleading communication from the staff. This branch is riddled with liars and time wasters. I came by for a notary and the staff consistently lied and wasted my time telling me nonstop that I was up next and would only need to wait an additional 5 minutes. Everyone once in a while the staff would ask me if I needed a teller or whatever as if they seemed to have mistaken me in needing a teller or a notary. All I needed was a quick 5-minute signature. Desna Jarret was absolutely rude. She came over and looked at my mom‘s account whispered to the teller never greeted us, which I think is horrible when you work in customer service. There was a named Tamara who came said hello how can I help in that made a huge difference how you treat people is important especially at 80 year-old woman who was hard of hearing you don’t make them feel invisible or ignored!
Worst customer service ever. I needed to get a letter notarized today that would have taken 2 minutes. Before I could explain to the rep she already dismissed the notion of me seeing the bank manager. She went and they told me to come back Monday and said if I need one to go across the street they have one there and the charge. Why should I have to go across the street when my bank offers the service for free.
