I'm older than dirt, and I've been banking in California for decades. I'm out here in Brooklyn for a couple of months, and needed to get an account opened up, get a bunch of money into it, and then withdraw it so I can buy a car down in Virginia. The level of customer service and genuine caring from literally EVERYONE at this bank (2401 Ralph Ave, BK) has been staggering.
