Very helpful and informative. I really appreciate their help. They offered me nice water. And I work nights. So even at 430I got a new cup of coffee. NiceThey had free coffee and a nice water.Especially for being in a can super fancy.But i'm most impressed with they were there over forty five minutes after they're supposed to leave, helping me set up an account.I couldn't be any more grateful.Thank you!!!
Michael was a Rockstar today! A busy Saturday near closing time today and I walked in needing two titles notarized and to deposit a check. Michael was quick to greet me as I walked in the door and was able to multitask and help me and other customers while being the only associate on the floor. Nichola turned off my card without telling me when I requested a new be sent out because the current one expires soon. So I got declined at a store. And then, put all of the money I deposited into the WRONG bank account despite having the card in front of her. I do not recommend this location
I've been banking here since this bank opened. The "people" are always kind and professional.
