The branch on Riverside in Austin, Texas has been the single worst experience I’ve ever had with a banking institution in my life. I would say it’s borderline fraud. I had an account issue where several thousands of dollars were either not allocated to my credit card payments, I was double charged by almost every single account that I spent money on And none of the distributions added up.
