This is hands down the best banking experience I have had. They don’t just sell products to you. They genuinely provide you support and act as a leader in the local community. Shout out to the amazing branch manager Kevin

I always have great experiences at this branch. Whether I’m stopping by for a quick notary or need help reviewing something on my accounts, the service is consistently friendly and professional. Aaron Barnes has assisted me several times, both in person and over the phone, and he’s always been knowledgeable, patient, and quick to find solutions. It’s reassuring to know I can count on a problem solver like that.
Update: It’s December 2025 and well over a year since my original review. And the card reader is still broken. I come to this branch frequently and it NEVER works. It really sucks when it’s rainy or cold out or when there’s a line outside waiting for the one singular ATM. At this point the bank manager’s bonus should be contingent on getting this thing fixed. Original Review: Bank staff is nice but the after hours card reader for the indoor atm is always broken and never seems to get fixed.
I flew into the country for a 1 day layover specifically to come to Chase bank. I arrived about 1 hour before closing and told one the bank managers that I needed to open a business account, and they told me I would receive help. Then after waiting nearly 20 Minutes, I was told they would not help me. With 25 minutes left, they waited until I could not have time to go to any other banks. Completely lied to me and wasted my time and my flight! Very unprofessional
