If you are African American do not waste your time coming to this bank, the African American workers racially profile you. Lol. How ironic. Worse experience ever. The fact that she gave me some made up excuse as to why she could not cash a legitimate CHASE check was just disrespectful and the employees played in my face after I asked probing questions that they could not come up with the answers to. Two thumbs down. Do better! I’ve also called customer service and the branch manager to file a formal complaint.
