Hay una señora en caja, ( pelo corto, de espejuelos , de mediana edad ) que tiene muy poca paciencia con los clientes. Al menos en mi experiencia, fui a hacerle una pregunta acerca de mi cuenta de débito y las respuestas que me daba se sentían poco agradables. Todos los demás trabajadores son muy agradables
Just make the drive to another location. They don't know how to deal with people and I dont know who trained them. But fire them all and start over. Matter of fact through the whole damn building away with the people in it. RUDE and INCOMPETENT
ATM is broken. Tried to go in to use the obviously functioning atm just by the door just to be tokd by the security that they're closed. Isnt that the whole point of an ATM. To Automate transactions when the bank is closed and there are no tellers? Avoid this branch at all costs.
The staff at this bank are all great people, I never had an issue. But the ATMs are almost always broken, either 1 or both, it's frustrating. Would be great to invest into fixing them up
