The drive through ATM's at this branch need to be removed, discarded in the trash where they belong and replaced with new ones. They consistently are not working. Small time private atm companies try to fix a broken atm and when that doesn't work they REPLACE it. How can a national bank chain not address this consistent problem.
Atm NEVER works. Inside the bank the service is good but Every. Single. Time. I have to use the atm both are broken.
Amanda lopez, Geordy gomez, and Ramona were outstanding, great personality, excellent customer service and a great access to this location. Very poor service ATM inside has been broken. For more than 2 years. The drive thru is out date Breaks constantly. Sometime it read ur debit card sometime it doesn’t even return you your card back. Honestly. I will never go to that change I don’t know who the branch. Manager is but they aren’t doing they job at all !
