Hi, I am writing to file a formal complaint about a deposit I made two days ago for 5400. Despite providing all details and calling your office, the funds have not been credited. When I called, I was treated very rudely, and the call was abruptly ended by your staff. The interpreter also noted this rude behavior. I strongly urge you to investigate this and prevent others from using this ATM, as it seems unreliable and untrustworthy. Please resolve this urgently. Thank you.
