My brother stuck with no money I come to this joke bank trying to deposit few dollars on his account and they would not take legal American currency what a joke this bank stay away and my brother closing his account as soon he is back.

Have a chase credit card, wanted to take out a cash advance but it was telling me the PIN number that was sent with my card was not valid. I called and the automated system changed it, but will only tell me via mail and not over the phone, which could take 10 days, and I can't wait that long. Crazy!
