I am trying to open my business account and i gave them all the information and all the documents and it is been 3 weeka they didn’t open my account. I called them 4 5 times and i get the same answer that they will call me end of the day ask some questions then account will be open and now its been 3 weeks. Any other bank will open in 1 day . I am sorry to say but this is very very bad service and unacceptable. Please think twice before you go Southampton branch

Craziest police of chase! U couldn’t pay for credit if u don’t have ID and u can’t pay cash without ID u need money order or check! U guys out of mind?! At all stupid policy!!!!
I’ve now visited this bank twice to open an account, and both times have been frustrating. On my first visit, I waited for 20 minutes while being told to wait for a specific agent, despite two other agents being free. I left and returned another day, only to experience the same lack of service. Today, I waited for 30 minutes while all three agents sat idle, even though I was the only customer in the bank.
