Very good experience with banker Ekaterina Esina, very professional and helpful
Horrible customer service. I'm a customer. Came in to get a simple agreement notirized between 2 people. They wasted 20 minutes of my time, as Notary was 'reseraching something', just to come back and say she can't do it, since it's not a bank document. I done this many times before, NEVER AN ISSUE. other banks take care of their customers.
I am trying to open my business account and i gave them all the information and all the documents and it is been 3 weeka they didn’t open my account. I called them 4 5 times and i get the same answer that they will call me end of the day ask some questions then account will be open and now its been 3 weeks. Any other bank will open in 1 day . I am sorry to say but this is very very bad service and unacceptable. Please think twice before you go Southampton branch
