I had a very unpleasant experience with a female employee at this bank who speaks Russian. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She spoke to me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Bank employees should communicate with customers politely and professionally, regardless of what questions they ask. I hope the manager pays attention to this and addresses the issue.
