JR Encarnacion is stellar I opened an account here after separating with my business partner. I was sad and unsure about a lot of things. If I could give negative stats I would. Extremely corrupt management. Documents to prove it.
JR and his team at this branch have been fantastic! Makes it feel a little more like a local bank (which I like) and not the behemoth that Chase is. Will continue to bank at this branch and with Chase for my business needs.
