I switched to this bank to take advantage of a promotional offer. Since I joined with this bank, they have allowed multiple fraudulent transactions to post against my account and refused to assist me in correcting them, including A. A $1700 charge to a company in Romania which I could demonstrate was not valid. B. 19 payments to a leasing company (Acima) that I have never heard of and do not do business with for a total value of around $2600. I opened up a bank account for my son here with the help of JR Encarnacion and it was a great experience. He was very welcoming and helpful, not only making the account opening experience easy but also giving some great advice to both my son and I. Most of my experiences with bankers have been either stuffy or salesy and this was neither of them!
Excellent customer service from JR. He went above and beyond to help me deal with a fraud issue right before my wedding! I would give more stars if I could.
JR Encarnacion is stellar I opened an account here after separating with my business partner. I was sad and unsure about a lot of things.
