My new personal banker, Misael has gone above and beyond to help me. I was having issues with TD bank and at a loss. He was patient and kind and just what I needed To feel better about my situation. He made sure to explain and walk me through each step in the balance transfer process. He even helped me get a bonus for opening a new account at Chase. Highly recommend Misael, happy I found him!

My husband and I are having a very challenging experience with this bank. Do yourself a favor and go to another bank in the area. The local branch has no visibility or authority in how your money or information is managed when there is an issue. All they do is escalate and get no answers. This has resulted to over 2 months(&waiting) of not getting our money back, as we are trying to transition to another bank. The local branch has no visibility or authority in how your money or information is managed when there is an issue. All they do is escalate and get no answers. This has resulted to over 2 months(&waiting) of not getting our money back, as we are trying to transition to another bank.
