I had such an amazing experience in this location. Josue helped us open a teen checking and savings account, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. He taught us new things about the app, explained all the benefits, and you can truly tell he is passionate about what he does. He is a huge asset to the branch. This bank is insufferable. My company has several business accounts with them and every time I try to use the debit card to make a payment the transaction gets declined and I have to call customer service and wait on hold. I would never willingly choose to bank with Chase.
My new personal banker, Misael has gone above and beyond to help me. I was having issues with TD bank and at a loss. He was patient and kind and just what I needed To feel better about my situation. He made sure to explain and walk me through each step in the balance transfer process. He even helped me get a bonus for opening a new account at Chase. Highly recommend Misael, happy I found him!
