My husband and I are having a very challenging experience with this bank. Do yourself a favor and go to another bank in the area. The local branch has no visibility or authority in how your money or information is managed when there is an issue. All they do is escalate and get no answers. This has resulted to over 2 months(&waiting) of not getting our money back, as we are trying to transition to another bank. We were in a rush and came into the branch just as it was about to close and Justin was so patient and helpful. Excellent customer service!
