I had an appointment in Cranberry because my computer was compromised and my accounts were restricted. Ryan was not knowledgeable and was rather unfriendly about helping me retrieve my money & said he could not close the account & give me a check even though Chase has a freeze on the account and knew the money was there. As of 12/31/24, their drive-up ATM doesn't accept CASH deposits or withdrawals. You know, the primary functions of ATMs.
