I visited the Chase branch in Cranberry Township, PA, twice to open a bank account, and both times, they turned me away for not having an appointment—even during slow hours. I noticed available staff who could have helped, but their rigid policies or attitude prevented them from assisting me. It was a frustrating experience and a poor display of customer service. As of 12/31/24, their drive-up ATM doesn't accept CASH deposits or withdrawals. You know, the primary functions of ATMs.
Been a chase customer for 15 years. Always a decent experience at Texas branches. Here at Cranberry, PA branch the guard/usher had no clue what was going on. 4 customers were waiting/sitting. We’re told to just wait. Teller was doing her thing. After 15-20 min we left and went to PNC 😂
Thought this this was a great Chase location. Super friendly, no lines, was greeted and business went great. Always enjoy a nice Chase visit.
