Been a chase customer for 15 years. Always a decent experience at Texas branches. Here at Cranberry, PA branch the guard/usher had no clue what was going on. 4 customers were waiting/sitting. We’re told to just wait. Teller was doing her thing. After 15-20 min we left and went to PNC 😂
Thought this this was a great Chase location. Super friendly, no lines, was greeted and business went great. Always enjoy a nice Chase visit.
Decided to switch from Citizens because I received a $600 incentive in the mail, I was with Citizens for 20 years.. Chase has been nothing but a hassle and a waste of time. I don’t recommend switching.
