Horrible place, went there for new account. 4 employees not doing anything, and was told they were fully booked.
Incompetence at best, 1 woman in office noones here to deposit your checks, what do you do? Im the msnager i can show how to use atm, I dont have my debit card with me, Shes in the bathroom, you only have one teller? Every one else us on vacation, 10 minutes late 2 woman walk out of the back, Rude incompetent speaking in spamish
They are just racist. I went to deposit the check and I asked cashier to verify the name on account just to double check and I could feel she was not happy with that. Also I asked her a question regarding the transaction and she stopped me while I was asking which I understand as she had to stop someone from using the bathroom as their bathroom flush was not working but when she came back she didn’t even offered me to continue with my question and quickly finished the transaction and gave me the receipt. Chase is the worst banks to have accounts with, bad service
Last week, my wife and I came to this Chase branch in Revere MA last Saturday as walk ins to try and open a joint checking and savings account. When we arrived the greeter told us they were fully booked so we made an appointment for the following Saturday at 12pm. When we came back the following Saturday a week later we sat down in the office with the banker who took my ID and started the process.
