I opened a $2100 savings account on 04/14/2026. Today I called the branch to set up a time to close my account tomorrow. I was told there was no money in my account. After explaining I hadn't taken a cent out of the account, I was told the'd look into it and get back to me. I called 20 minutes later and they still didnt know where my money was. 20 minutes later they still didnt have an answer.
