Opened a business account at this branch a year ago and they’ve been there to work through any obstacle / nuance that has come up. Furthermore the staff are kind and courteous during each visit. The line was backed up to the door with only one teller open. The branch manager could have easily filled in at a window to help, but instead he stood in the looby and just looked - literally doing nothing. I even asked if he could fill-in at the window like managers tend to do when their staff are swamped. He told me banks aren't like a grocery store or fast food and that if I didn't want to wait I could go to a different location. I opened a $2100 savings account on 04/14/2026. Today I called the branch to set up a time to close my account tomorrow. I was told there was no money in my account. After explaining I hadn't taken a cent out of the account, I was told the'd look into it and get back to me. I called 20 minutes later and they still didnt know where my money was. 20 minutes later they still didnt have an answer.
