Kudos to this branch for assisting me with a basic request. Despite having at least 2 Chase branches closer to me - one branch is about 3 miles away - I had to travel nearly 30 minutes to Glastonbury for proper service.
Called to inquire about opening a simple account only to be informed I would need to schedule an appointment which would be scheduled in 2-3 days and take 45 mins. Even worse the representative indicated that they were "unable to discuss any cost or rates over the phone "
