Very bad customer service from personal banker jashan try to contact so many times via phone. Then visit branch never meet even available. Told me to meet another banker but wait 20 minutes unattended. I have to leave.
I have Never been here! But I get contacted often by the bankers at this location. They call and call, emailing me multiple times. I have to keep telling them and the branch managers (position seems to be a revolving door) to leave me alone. They don't ever respond to my request either, but they leave me alone for a while until the next time. I visited this branch to open a business account and received excellent help from Jashan M. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole process much easier. Highly recommended.
Went there to inquire about business accounts talked to Jashan Meet and while I was asking they guy racial profiling me and started assuming thing. Being a minority racially profiling other minorities really
