Not sure why this place gets so much hate. I go by every now and then to deposit rolled coins to my account and it has always been a pleasant experience. The man who I assume is the branch manager is very helpful along with the people at the teller desk
Useless bank employees. There was not a single customer in the bank. I want to see a banker for quickly drop off a document. The guy with the turban didn't help because he was busy chatting with his co-worker and told me to wait 15 minutes for no reason. I guess that's why the bank is empty, because employees don't want help any customer.
The person who works there has a bad attitude with clients
I've visited this back twice to deposit checks and twice the AM Supervisor acts as if I'm a criminal or something making me very uncomfortable. I know it's because of the color of my skin. Moving forward I will definitely be closing this account as well as my family members and friends.
It’s hard to imagine Chase Bank has a market cap of $650B. The branch employees seem to have no ability to do anything and will redirect you to oversees customer service who are also incompetent. Run and do not look back
