I just have to post a comment Ms. Latasha was Very Professional, Courteous and Personable, Ms. Latasha helped me Three (3) Transactions in a row, It is Very Nice to See a Teller that is Knowledgeable and Will to Explain the Transactions to me with Indepth Knowledge! Please Keep Up the Awesome Attitude and Always with a Great Big SMILE Thank You Again!!!
Absolutely useless phone system. I am 99% sure I have at least $240 worth of fraudulent activity on my account and cannot get through to anyone to address the issue. I have even tried the “open a new account” selection and Chase apparently isn’t interested enough to answer a call from a potential new client. Can’t do everything with IT, someone may actually need to provide a bit of old style Customer Service once in awhile.
Terribly slow staff, unbelievable!!! They were moving in slow motion. Customer was coughing for 10 minutes non stop at the window and teller did not wipe window. Even after being ask to do so by customers.
Very rude customer service. I don’t recommend this branch.
Used ATM to make cash deposit and ATM froze. Went inside to let them know and they said to make a claim. Filed a claim and now it got denied. After I was told it was going to be ok. Update: They flat out denied my claim saying I never deposited the funds. Chase flat out stole nearly a thousand dollars and they want me to be ok with it.
