Each month we will stop by at Chase Bank on Durango because I have to pay/deposit money for my private land lender but never have business or any account with Chase. The drive thru ATM NEVER works. The parking lot sucks. And the inside ATM moves at a glacial speed so slow, you'd think time has stopped forever. I refuse to deal with this nonsense anymore. Go to Skypointe.

Absolutely useless phone system. I am 99% sure I have at least $240 worth of fraudulent activity on my account and cannot get through to anyone to address the issue. I have even tried the “open a new account” selection and Chase apparently isn’t interested enough to answer a call from a potential new client. Can’t do everything with IT, someone may actually need to provide a bit of old style Customer Service once in awhile.
Terribly slow staff, unbelievable!!! They were moving in slow motion. Customer was coughing for 10 minutes non stop at the window and teller did not wipe window. Even after being ask to do so by customers.
