Never any cash available in the atm machine…..the weirdest thing ever!!
Great customer service as always
While the people who work at this branch are friendly, the bank policies are not quite as friendly. I had a cashier's check from another financial institution, and Chase put a 2 week hold on my funds. Capital One bank did not put any hold on it at all. They also would not cash savings bonds for us.
Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Kudos to Lina Nguyen for taking excellent care of my account.
