I do not recommend Chase Bank at this location. I received astonishingly poor customer service here. Here are details: I called and set up an appointment on June 10th. I told them the purpose of my visit - to close out several accounts due to a death. That day, I arrived with all paperwork completely ready. Chase rep said, can't help you, we have to put in a request to unlock the account. (knowing the purpose of my visit, could you have done that before I arrived?) Very bad attention, I was waiting for more than an hour and the workers spend it talking and they don't give customer service
I had an exceptional experience at the Chase Bank branch on Pines Blvd and SW 180th Ave, thanks to their incredible branch manager, Ivelisse Bierd.
