Went in to pay off a credit card, and Oscar was so helpful and very friendly.
Anjum Sharif was extremely helpful and polite don’t be scared of the reviews. Most people just complain when they have a long wait or things don’t go their way. Everyone in the last hour here has been taken care of in a kind way
Came with no appt and after waiting for 1h and see others with no appt either, be taken care, finally was called. Maria Isabel Moreno Vice president of something called me just to let me know that because she had another appt in 1/2 or 1 h later she won’t be able to take care of me. Definitely more interested in her free time than to bring business to the bank and opening a new business account.
