Makes no sense to have a chase check that cannot be cashed by chase even if you pay the $10 fee because you dont have an account there then the teller can't even explain the exact reason why but come up with an excuse of the employer has the account set up that you need to deposit in order to cash it lmao while im on the phone with the employer that says he has nothing set up that way what a joke chase is

I want to express my appreciation for Frank Hilfer, a personal banker at the Chase Bank North Royalton location. Despite having a credit score over 800, I had been previously refused an account at other Chase branches. However, a couple of months ago, I visited this branch, and both Frank and Joe were incredibly professional and helpful. Thanks to their dedication, I was able to open a debit, credit, and savings account. I highly recommend these professionals and this location. Thank you!!
