I want to express my appreciation for Frank Hilfer, a personal banker at the Chase Bank North Royalton location. Despite having a credit score over 800, I had been previously refused an account at other Chase branches. However, a couple of months ago, I visited this branch, and both Frank and Joe were incredibly professional and helpful. Thanks to their dedication, I was able to open a debit, credit, and savings account. I highly recommend these professionals and this location. Thank you!!
Worst branch ever especially the branch manager Joel. They say they want to help you with your accounts but instead find your account go into negative and fees attached to your account. I was with Chase for over 16 years and never was treated as bad as this branch has done to me. So I have to close out my accounts after all these years because of customer service. I would never suggest anyone to go there or bank with Chase.
Every time I deposit money at this ATM (less than 20 bills) it gets jammed and my money never deposits. Gives you a number to call customer service and you have to wait an hour to talk to a rep about filing a claim that shouldn’t be happening in the first place. It’s only with this drive up ATM on 2 occasions now in less than 30 days apart. Makes me reconsider who I want to bank with if I’m being honest since there isn’t another location even close by to use as an alternative.
