No one picks up the phone at this location (i even had the durango location try to reach them). I had to go in. Brian the bank manager made me return to get a notary by appt which i was trying to make. So he wasted my time. Front staff said he had a meeting at 9:30 it was 9:18. Durango location will pick up there phones and take care of you.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait for more than a minute to be helped.
