This is a disgrace of a branch. I’ve called for over a week. They don’t pick up their phone all day long or my banker is never there. I went in to verify my documents and never received any updates. I call the application center myself several times over the next week and they finally tell me the banker Jonathan Ting never followed up since I went in over a week ago so there is no status update. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Surprise surprise even the branch manager does not call when they say they will.

Waited for and hour and a half for ruben to look at me and say “well i can put you in the phone with the auto department” and proceed to give me the same number thats in the god damn app like bro if i wanted to talk to a robot i would have called instead of come in person… lmfao people are a joke
