***update for the supervisor Natalie, the chase in Milpitas was able to cash my check with my id so I was right you was wrong*** They have a manager by the name of Natalie that doesn't know laws or facts and should not be a supervisor at a bank especially with her nasty attitude! To be honest she's making me want to actually bank somewhere else! My advice to people coming to this location is STAY AWAY!! As a bank I do like Chase. The issue is the Coleman location that I rarely use. I've tried 2 times this week to access their atm machines at night, neither of them being a holiday. I tried my card at the door to the vestibule where the atms are but the doors wouldn't open. If customers will be the only one's who can have access to these machines after hours shouldn't they be able to access it at anytime? I mean most banks have outside access to their atm machines, why shouldn't customers be able to have access to the vestibu... read more
They should close all chases you can’t even use a atm pass office hours what the point of having atms if you guys just lock them up
