Clean and well maintained, but service is slow. If you need to do anything other than make a deposit or withdrawal, be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour in their waiting room. They seem highly understaffed with bankers for the amount of people that come in. Been here 3 times and had the same experience each time. One of those times they flat out told me to come back another day due to having no present able to assist me. Happy to say this visit is to close my account and it will be the last time I’ll have to wait.
Khiana has always made my experience stellar coming here. She must have seen me looking confused and lost when i first came to this bank. She introduced herself and offered any help i may need without making me uncomfortable. I have been here numerous times and she is always there to offer a helping hand. I will be back!
Went in today to do a wire transfer. The banker, while nice, wasn't very comfortable with the process. I spent quite a while there only to get home an hour later and get an email from Chase saying the wire was cancelled due to a processing issue. If you need help with something like a wire transfer, go somewhere else.
