I have been avoiding Chase branches for over a year, and tried to just use online banking, until last night, depositing a check encountered a glitch somewhere forcing me to go to a branch. I was hoping the banker, Sonia M. would say "Apologies for the inconvenience, may I offer you a bottle of water or coffee while i look into this for you?". But no, she said: "It's a Wells Fargo check, so you need an extra signature. I can't process it." WTH?!!! Are you serious? The check was printed automatically, issued by a big insurance... read more
Branch Manager Violet needs to be fired immediately she uses profanities towards customers when she is questioned about bank transactions. I called corporate and have reported her. SHE NEEDS TO GO!
Branch manager is incredibly rude. Using profanity while on duty is a disgrace.
Never had I seen such disrespect from the branch manager in my life. Could have handled a scenario with politeness and some humility, but chose to swear at a person minding their business on the sidewalk outside the bank, who had not harassed them one bit.
Place is terrible and worst customer service
