Best customer service at any bank I’ve ever banked with.
Staff is friendly and accommodating. Probably my favorite chase branch.
Horrible banking service. Made an online appointment 2 weeks ago to open an account with a gentleman named Leonard. The bank even sent me a reminder a few days before the appointment. My husband and I went to the bank for our appointment only to find out that Leonard was out of the office and will be for a few more weeks. And although the bank was empty and there were 4 people just sitting in their offices, no one could assist us until an hour away. You have got to be kidding.
