Been Chase customer for years. Signed up for a promo for checking and savings in branch. Chase cancelled the promo. The branch manager, Robert, was able to work with corporate to successfully restore my bonus.
Been Chase customer for years. Signed up for a promo for checking and savings in branch. Chase refused to provide the full promo bonus and after calling in multiple times and being told a manager was going to reach out, I heard nothing. Very unprofessional.
