"I had a really disappointing experience at Chase Hallandale. From the moment I walked in, I was met with EDMUNDO OR EDUAR, unfortunately I don't remember his name. He was rude and unwelcoming treatment at the door. The financial assistant I interacted with was not helpful at all and seemed disinterested in assisting me. I would recommend this Bank as my #1 choice. This HALLANDALE BANK is especially good , well educated & efficient at the teller windows! I wonder when clients & people will take responsibility to be accountable for their own funds. I wait in line for the most unfamiliar people accountable for their own bank accounts. The customer is not always right! They are discourtesy to all others making quick procedures behind them.
