THIS IS SPECIFIC TO THIS BRANCH! I came in for a notary, and no branch representative talked to me or acknowledged me for over an hour. I was waiting for over 1 hour before an employee finally acknowledged me and asked why she I was there. That person then told me that they cannot help me because my notary documents were too long. I deduced that they just did not want to help me or do their jobs. The manager is uprofessional , prefers to stay in her office most of the time behind closed doors. No attention to her responsibilities to manage staff and do appropriate level of service. Very disappointed visit.
