It’s simply the best bank, the best branch. I really enjoy solving my issues here. The manager is truly polite and professional, and I’m always assisted by Luiz — an amazing person. He speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and his customer service is outstanding. I hope to always see him here
Stopped into this branch to update my address with someone in customer service. The girl with very long eyelashes seemed annoyed I was bothering her as she stood up and told me she could show me how to do it myself on the app. I said I stopped in to just get it done. She persisted and said it took just as long if she had me use the app. I left cause she seemed more interested in her cell phone and not helping me. I said I will just go somewhere else. This bank branch is wonderful! We had a profoundly negative experience with Chase themselves, but the people in this particular branch were non-comparable! Erica tried so hard to help us, she put in her own time, she and her manager both spent hours fighting for my mother and I, filing complaints on our behalf and making sure we got the best service available to them. Though we ended up changing banks, it was the fault of Chase themselves, not of the amazing staff at this bank!
We had a great experience at this branch of Chase. It was our first time here today. The team is super friendly and helpful. Erica Lynn and Delmarys helped us get our work completed in no time. We were so relieved and very satisfied with the services! They both are very knowledgeable in their own domains! I highly recommend Chase and specifically this branch. Just walk in with any query and they are right there to help you meet your needs. Thanks Erica and Delmarys again!
