Nice and clean location with helpful staff. Particularly James who has been super friendly and helpful every time my husband and I have visited. I have had no issues with this bank or branch and have always had a pretty pleasant experience there. They’re especially preferable to other bank branch experiences in the area.
This branch left speechless. I went there three times and they still did not want to open a simple checking account for me, because they did not “want” to accept my proof of address. I went there the third time with exactly the documents they asked for and still said no. But on the other hand two colleagues were able to open it with exactly the same nationality, visa, company and documents. And my colleagues haven’t even had a SSN at the time but I did.
