I called them on a Friday (3 months ago) asking for Notary services and the person answering my call said come on Monday as the notary is off that day. Poor service. The advisor who gave us the information to open our business account did not advise us correctly, causing us to waste both time and money. We scheduled an appointment with them and took time off work to attend, resulting in lost wages for the day, yet they failed to help us resolve the issue in a timely manner
I had a very disappointing experience while attempting to open a business account. The primary reason I came in was because I received a promotional offer for a bonus. Unfortunately, the visit resulted in a complete waste of our time. The representative informed us that our documents had already been reviewed and that the only remaining step was to come in, sign, and proceed with opening the account.
