Went in there to open a bank account to take advantage of coupon mailer. I am not a fan of physical visits to bank, but Maryam, the chase representative there reaffirmed my feeling that conducting a transaction online is way better than having to deal with them. Very impatient and has a seriously attitude problem. No matter how much I try to talk friendly there was absolute no reciprocation.
