I recently had an outstanding experience opening a new account at Chase Bank. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. The representative who assisted me with the account creation was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly. I felt very well-informed about the planning and my financial options. It was a genuinely positive and reassuring start to my banking relationship with them.
Walked in to make a payment. Walked and told the teller I was paying my cc . She said ok no problem and then said we are closed . 2 minute transaction! ! I will be telling everyone I know of the poor customer service and will cancel all my accounts immediately!
Christopher and Kris were both great. I have done similar transactions at my credit union, but they completed in 10 minutes, what took me 3 weeks at my credit union. I couldn't believe it. It was my first branch visit, and I made sure to bring plenty of ID, but I still can't believe how well it went. They were perfectly professional while still being very friendly. Makes me wonder why I went to the credit union all of these years.
Don't bother coming to the outside atm to deposit money, it'll just give it right back.
