This Chase Bank is centrally and conveniently located on Brecksville Road near popular shopping plazas. The bank has sufficient parking. The bank looks newly renovated, modern, and very clean. It is visually pleasing. Customer experience is poor at this branch. Teller line had three people with various unusual issues. Only one teller was serving the line. The wait was very long. Unsure about online calling but in person has never been an issue here. Courteous tellers and advisors. Recommended
It is true that you still cannot contact a branch representative by calling this bank location. It has a loop that does not get answered, does not give you option for leaving your number for call back, and forces you to make contact only thru online banking. What if you don't go online? Some people still don't especially the elderly. My friend who has a chase account oes not have internet access. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the people here; however, when it counted, Chase closed an account without any notice & left my business out to dry. I have since closed all accounts.
The 1 star reviews are unfair and old, I had nothing but great experience as soon as we entered. Clerks were very attentive and notified each other about a customer walking in. Very quick and efficient service. Definitely one of the better chase branches I’ve visited.
