Had a joint checking account with my mom before she passed away. There are no paper statements and they were charging me $25 a month (over $125 before it was discovered) when the account went below $25k. I went in to discuss and all the teller could do was refund 1 month of the fees. He moved the cash into a savings account. The balance dipped below $15k down to $13.1k. Great branch, great people. The one stars here are outrageous and without a doubt in my mind, false or misleading.
This Chase Bank is centrally and conveniently located on Brecksville Road near popular shopping plazas. The bank has sufficient parking. The bank looks newly renovated, modern, and very clean. It is visually pleasing. Customer experience is poor at this branch. Teller line had three people with various unusual issues. Only one teller was serving the line. The wait was very long.
