I went to Chase bank on Sudley Road in Manassas, Va to make a deposit and to ask a question of the Customer Service representative or the Manager. I was told that she had an appointment scheduled and that I could not be seen then. So I sat down and waited. No one was in her office and her appointment had not arrived even after five to ten minutes. She never came out to acknowledge me or address my concern even for a brief moment.
