I went to Chase bank on Sudley Road in Manassas, Va to make a deposit and to ask a question of the Customer Service representative or the Manager. I was told that she had an appointment scheduled and that I could not be seen then. So I sat down and waited. No one was in her office and her appointment had not arrived even after five to ten minutes. She never came out to acknowledge me or address my concern even for a brief moment. Today was my second encounter with Valeria at Chase Bank (on Liberia Ave). She was very attentive, patient, helpful, and respectful in even though my husband and I walked in 20 minutes before closing time. The Chase Bank (on Sudley Rd) does not compare. They’re customer service is 0/10 and they’re not very helpful nor attentive. Valeria is the best! 👍🏼
