Great Chase branch. I’ve received great service consistently when I step inside.
Alejandra, made sure I got access back into my mobile app as my previous device was ruined by water damage. She saved me a long wait on a Saturday and it was a big relief. Pretty bad. It’s almost always impossible to deposit cash at a lobby ATM afterhours. It’s always full.
I bank at this location in the southwest area of Las Vegas. It's a smaller branch location but has full services like any of the Chase branches. Parking is a bit limited due to the shopping center it's located in. Drive through and walk in ATMs. Friendly tellers and other bank officers are available to assist with banking needs during the week. I'm very happy with the convenience and assistance I receive at this branch. Online services are also available through their Chase Bank website and phone apps.
