This bank is full of it ! Said they couldn't cash my check because it was made out to my middle name but my driver's license has my first and middle name !! This bank is on the verge of being prejudice against white people , took my check to a different chase bank not in Florissant and they said no problem and said the one in Florissant should have cashed my check because my id also has my middle name on it. This is a terrible place to bank - I was denied for two years straight on opening up a 401k plan for my business that I’ve had for many years until I threatened to sue then they remembered how to do a 401k plan this year… then when they finally helped , they wouldn’t help me make contributions to it - then I banked with them for YEARS for business and I recently put a $4k check into my bank account and they held my money from me for almost 2 weeks JUST BECAUSE… there has never been any fraud or issues with my business accoun... read more
Why IS JP MORGAN CHASE FALSE ADVERTISING ABOUT A 401K PLAN FOR BUSINESSES... I JUST GOT OFF OF THE PHONE WITH ONE OF YOUR REPS, WHO WAS CONTACTING ME BACK TO SET ONE UP FOR MY BUSINESS AT LEAST I THOUGHT... ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY DONT DO THIS... Would have been 5 stars only because of the weak day team that runs this establishment. But, if you come in on a Saturday let’s schedule Miss. Snobaroo herself I really hard job as a customer service at a bank. If a customer comes in and wants you to fill out paperwork for them. You do it, Tis the meaning of a personal banker role . Especially at the establishment that you work at.learn the position in which you have applied for and all of its customer perks you must uphold.
