Stopped by to deposit cash in my son's account and they told they couldn't take cash and charged my $10 to use my debit card. No outwide teller windows? Staff is not polite. Never going back.
They never answer the phone.
So my experience was I stopped at their ATM to withdraw $600. The machine did its whole process gave me back. The card never gave me the cash. The cash was spun in the location to receive the money but never open to give me the money. I waited patiently for them to open their store. I met with someone in there and did not get his name. Basically could only tell me he needed to see proof that the money was withdrawal. Didn't give me a number. Had an attitude. If you do not bank with Chase do not go there for anything. Apparently this bank DOES have a problem with people’s skin color. My dad was trying to deposit money into my account (which he has done before). The teller tells him that I do not have an account with Chase. Which is a lie because I have a checking and savings,and like I said he’s been to Chase to deposit money into my account before. She then ask him for my address and phone number which I provide and she says no she’s not in the system. So at this point I asked how was she spelling my name cause this is crazy. Worst bank manager ever! He has NO soul, or even an ounce of human compassion! I had a check , but no picture id, the check was the only money I had in order to get home to my daughter. He did nothing but threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave his property and stop asking people to help me! Like seriously, not being able to get home isn’t worse enough, your first reaction is to have the authority’s come and arrest me for trying to help myself. The check was only for 44$.
