Apparently this bank DOES have a problem with people’s skin color. My dad was trying to deposit money into my account (which he has done before). The teller tells him that I do not have an account with Chase. Which is a lie because I have a checking and savings,and like I said he’s been to Chase to deposit money into my account before. Worst bank manager ever! He has NO soul, or even an ounce of human compassion! I had a check , but no picture id, the check was the only money I had in order to get home to my daughter. He did nothing but threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave his property and stop asking people to help me! Like seriously, not being able to get home isn’t worse enough, your first reaction is to have the authority’s come and arrest me for trying to help myself. The check was only for 44$.

I too believe this bank has issues with skin color. There is a nice guy that works there but I haven’t seen him lately. I went in soon as they opened the door and asked for a notary. I was told to take a seat she will be right with me. After 15 min. Everyone had came and gone in the bank. A lady came out of her office and looked at my documents, asking me what did I need. She proceeded to tel me that it was going to be more wait time plus 30 mins as the lady had appointments and was currently busy. She told me I could go dow... read more

Had nothing but an easy experience. Setup account online. Came in and deposited the initial deposit. Smooth as can be.
