The employees at this branch were so rude and dismissive to my wife and I. We came in on a Saturday to an empty lobby and because in their opinion it was too close to closing they refused to cash bonds OR add my wife to an account. We were understanding that doing both may take too much time, so we told the clerk up front that we can wait on the bonds but we needed to add the account. They then shuffled papers around looked away and asked us to come back another day. If you can avoid this branch, I would.
This location never disappoints! Elena helped me to open a business account, very professional and fast! She guided me through each step and explained everything. I am very thankful for her especially because other brunches told me that I have to make an appointment while the place was empty…
Don't bother showing up here they're too busy to correct their errors without an appointment. I never use brick and mortar locations but the one time I need them to fix their error, one that would take 2 minutes to fix, I'm told by an employee "there's not one banker available today". My question is, what exactly was her job (and how long does she think she can keep it)? I recommend Willow Grove branch where there are professional, friendly and competent employees that will happily provide excellent service.

Due to the incompetence of an employee, we forfeited a $50 bonus. My husband is a loyal customer of Chase Bank. I was thinking of opening a credit card at another bank, but he recommended Chase Bank. During account opening, he wanted to use the referral invite for me, but the bank employee said the bonuses were only valid for debit cards, which turned out not to be true.
