Every tree that directly surrounds the bank is encased by choking vines or dead. These trees are on the property of Chase Bank. It is disrespectful to the community to purposefully kill numerous trees. CHASE BANK does not deserve community business. SAVE THE TREES
The employees at this branch were so rude and dismissive to my wife and I. We came in on a Saturday to an empty lobby and because in their opinion it was too close to closing they refused to cash bonds OR add my wife to an account. We were understanding that doing both may take too much time, so we told the clerk up front that we can wait on the bonds but we needed to add the account. They then shuffled papers around looked away and asked us to come back another day. If you can avoid this branch, I would.
This location never disappoints! Elena helped me to open a business account, very professional and fast! She guided me through each step and explained everything. I am very thankful for her especially because other brunches told me that I have to make an appointment while the place was empty…
