Due to the incompetence of an employee, we forfeited a $50 bonus. My husband is a loyal customer of Chase Bank. I was thinking of opening a credit card at another bank, but he recommended Chase Bank. During account opening, he wanted to use the referral invite for me, but the bank employee said the bonuses were only valid for debit cards, which turned out not to be true. Wish I would be warned about the amount of time it could take for depositing the funds to clear on the end of the reciever. I deposited a certified check into my friends chase account. If I would know it could take 10 days I would just put in cash. If I was only told originally when I called the bank that business account you can deposit cash even you don't have a checking account with Chase becauseyour friends account is a business account it would have saved hours of my day and aggravation. Terrible in all matters, everything time that I walk there they look at you like they are superior and treat the same way, ..Do you have to wear business clothes to enter ? Terrible today will be the last time that I going to visit that location, it is not the first time...
