Unfortunate that many of these reviews for this SPECIFIC branch are for Chase as a bank, and not as a branch. I have to say my experience here has been great. Yes, Chase as a bank has its flaws, just like most big banks, BUT, the people here are great. Anne specifically shines. She always welcomes me by my first name with a smile and goes above and beyond to make sure I am her only focus while I am there. Anne, you rock. Thank you.

I am giving Chase bank who normally I really love one star if I could give them no stars I would’ve done that. I have been the victim of my debit card hacked three times in eight weeks when I called the fraud department I can barely understand them they say they filed the claim and then they don’t. . They have not reached out to me to let me know why and how this keeps happening and why charges at 2:30 in the morning from another country aren’t flagged.
