Atm takes forever. Back in the 80's an atm transaction was fast and they were on dial up analog internet! Its just unacceptable now how much human time is spent waiting for a bank transaction. A race to the bottom. Thank you Mr Banker, your super smart and super stupid at the aame time!
Great place and very friendly
Went to open a business account and the older gentleman who sits in the back left, maybe his name is Sean? I can’t recall… he was extremely patronizing in the way he spoke to me. Also when I told him I had a PMB# for my new business and didn’t feel comfortable using my own address he handed me back my papers and told me I didn’t need to move forward with him.
Had the pleasure of working with John “Johnny” M. He was such a gentleman and so accommodating. He truly takes pride in his work and cares about his clients
Chase Huntington NY - Went in to get a signature page notarized. Peter one of the reps there denied it because the signature page said "witness" next to the open space for someone to execute a signature indicating they had witnessed by signature as being authentic. Like thats what a notary does, no? it witnesses a signature for authenticity. Other signing parties went to their respective banks and they got it notarized no problem. Nice Customer Service after being a 30 year + customer of Chase.
