My wife & I had to visit one of our local banks here in Punta Gorda to check out one of our accounts. We were able to have the Branch Manager assist us with our situation.We have been Chase Bank Clients in business & private banking accounts for over 30 years and wish to commend our Banker Jeff Quattrucci for his knowledgeable advice & hometown experience to assist & advise us in our situation today. Jeff Quattrucci has the worst customer service. He is rude and Pompous. We were in town trying to resolve a banking issue. We are only in town for two days and did not even try to resolve our issue or thank us for being a customer. As Vice President I would think he could accommodate and work a computer. Chase should be ashamed to have you run a branch. You put a bad taste in the mouth of loyal customers.

Staff is great. Very attentive. Outside ATM has issues 90% of the time but the lobby ATM is available 24/7 if needed. Update: outside ATM still having issues but now it's with counting money and not putting the full amount of what you deposit into your account. Just be aware and keep claims department phone number stored in your phone.

A simple task of renewing my CD to the higher interest time period could not be done by the tellers instead I was told to wait a half hour so I came back 45 minutes later and then was told she will be going to lunch and can't see you till this afternoon, despite the fact she was still there. I called up customer service and the guy did it in less then a minute. I renewed my CD at sun coast and added funds and the teller did it instantly. I can imagine if I added funds what a hassle that would have been.

Just a walk in to open a new checking account. They just opened 9am. Two gentlemen talking in an office one blonde lady popped her head in to ask them a question then she went to the front cashier area. One of the gentlemen there started to leave and I literally had to stop him so he would acknowledge me then said no one was available to help me come back later. But he nor the other guy was doing nothing. Sad place guess they don't want my money I have a lot of it. Big mistake!
