I've been a member of this Bank for 10 years today. I had an appointment at 1 PM. Not only do they not help me. They blame me for them missing their appointment.
Absolutely worst customer service of any bank or branch Ive ever been to.
After some problems signing on, found out problem was my Samsung phone, which was reloaded after a virus. My caregiver help me along since I am 89, and agent on phone was helpful and understanding.
Poor communication, no email, no actual person on phone, unable to convey that should follow ADA rules since I have a hearing handicapped. I will report it. Also , trying to sign on, they make it impossible,sending codes to my phone which I just started to use. Could not find code on phone. One solution, get another credit card from another bank.
