We are new to the area and opened an account at the Cottonwood, AZ location. I have never banked at a bank that is NEVER able to take my calls. No answering machine just "Sorry try your call again later". I've been trying for 3 days.

Staff at the Cottonwood Chase Bank is very helpful but the outside of the bank is filthy. It's unhealthy to walk in, with trash and bird poop on the wall and sidewalk. I go to other branches when I can for this reason.
Rude, Gossiping Tellers. At least attempt to look decent when serving the general public.
