The banker name Rabbaka Gonzales open a business account. But she did not tell me that I have 500$ promotion. And also she did not help me to open online banking. So why we are doing business with chase. The biggest bank I USA. Customer service are suck. I will never recommend my friends and I will close my business account with chase.
They failed to help me out many times, most of them aren’t happy about their jobs either.
