Worst experience ever. I went to this bank to open a new account in the morning, making an appointment at 3:00 pm. When I got there at 3, they told me the lady who was supposed to open the account for me had some emergency. Can anyone just texted me or called to inform me? How hard could that be? I went to this atm a little after 5pm on 1/8/25 and saw that employees were still inside. I proceeded to take out my funds at the atm. IT SHUTS OFF !!! While processing my money ! No receipt, no money and just starts to reboot but checked my account and the $200 is pending. I knocked on the door 3 times before the woman at the first desk on the right hand side and some mid aged Indian man decided to acknowledge my knock.
