I went to this atm a little after 5pm on 1/8/25 and saw that employees were still inside. I proceeded to take out my funds at the atm. IT SHUTS OFF !!! While processing my money ! No receipt, no money and just starts to reboot but checked my account and the $200 is pending. I knocked on the door 3 times before the woman at the first desk on the right hand side and some mid aged Indian man decided to acknowledge my knock. A normal banking facility, conveniently located in east Queens. Chase seems to be thriving in this economy. Let's hope it lasts.
Great service by the staff in spite of the Bank's efforts to reduce human services with a kiosk. Very convenient location with ample free parking.
Great service, friendly and very very nice even when you are rude cause you feel they wronged you.... Good people, bank here if you need a bank...
