I wanted to express my thanks and gratitude to the team at this Chase branch, most especially Polly and her manager Michael for taking care of a unique situation regarding my dad’s account. Michael took the time to help us fix an error that required reaching out to other departments, while juggling other pressing matters going on at the time. A young black woman teller named Victoria was extraordinarily patient with me and my mom and found creative work arounds to help us with our question on cashier checks!
Horrible experience. Michael, the manager, has no customer service skills and speaks down to the customer. Never use the ATMs here, they eat your checks without giving you the money and the staff is absolutely no help. Wish I could give a 0 star review.
place is very quiet at times but a quick way to deposit or get cash
