It was a very nice experience today to start a relationship with chase specifically when an amazing banker like Vanessa took care of me.
Always friendly. Provided helpful info when making account changes. Wheelchair accessible. The only complaint I have is with the ATM, it needs an awning
If I wanted to use a machine, I’d go to the machine. I like to work with a teller. There were 3 employees not doing a thing. When I walked in, they directed me to use the atm. They literally had 2 teller booths available. Not a busy time in the bank. Maybe that’s old school, but that’s what we’re needing more of in this world. More human interaction and less robots. This makes me question a lot about Chase. You don’t need employees, clearly.
