Outside atms still never work or *shrug*
I had an excellent experience at Chase Bank – Lakewood. As a foreign visitor with only two days in the U.S., opening a bank account wasn’t easy due to missing documents. However, Mr. Abraham Morales was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, which took over an hour. He made everything much easier with his calm and skilled approach. I'm truly grateful for his support. Highly recommended!
